My name is Heather Neale and I have been teaching Music with Mummy in Lower Earley since Jan 2012. I fell in love with the relaxed atmosphere and small classes when I brought my eldest son and knew it would be the perfect job for me! I am a trained singer and have enjoyed listening to many genres of music throughout my life, I feel passionately about helping to shape young children’s early musical experiences and developing their communication skills. I love being able to share in these precious moments with such lovely and enthusiastic families and I am privileged to be able to share so many firsts with families – first word, first step, first clap… and getting to know groups of children and their carers is so rewarding….. I am being paid to have so much fun and thank all of my clients for making my “job” so enjoyable!

About My Classes

Music with Mummy is a very ethical company that simply wants children to be able to have the experience of music from a young age and also to give mums like me the opportunity to work flexibly around my family at very little cost.

The MUSIC with MUMMY programme will take your child on a musical journey from birth until they go to school.

Music with Mummy prides itself on running small, friendly, educational music groups in which young children can experience a range of skills, using percussion instruments, action songs, musical games and concepts, interaction with peers and adults, learning more about their world and experiences whilst also teaching listening skills.

The sessions are limited to only 12 children so that I can get to know the children and mothers personally, meeting individual needs and preferences and creating a great social experience for all.

In Lower Earley and Wokingham , there is a choice of sessions depending on your child’s age….Jolly Babies, Jolly babies Moving on (for older babies) and Music with Mummy.
